Low FODMAP Spinach and Feta Omelette
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon lactose-free milk
- 1 tablespoon garlic-infused oil
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

- Fold the other half of the omelette over the cheese, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted and the eggs are cooked through.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional salt and pepper if desired.
